The Opportunity at a Glance
Roof Squad is an innovative, technology-first roofing company that is deeply committed to training staff to succeed in long-term careers. They are currently hiring Door-to-Door Sales Reps across multiple markets, including Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas.
This role is ideal for people who want:

What You’ll Be Doing
- Canvassing neighborhoods and speaking with homeowners about roofing needs
- Educating customers on storm damage and insurance claims
- Performing roof inspections (with training and support)
- Managing leads and pipeline using tools like Google Workspace and Slack
- Generating your own leads to build a sales pipeline, with assigned leads as you perform
- Following up, closing deals, and building long-term customer relationships
Compensation
- 100% commission-based structure (uncapped)
- Your income is directly tied to your production
- $500 per closed deal generated from inspections during training phases

One of the biggest differentiators with Roof Squad is their National Sales Bootcamp. It's a fully structured onboarding program designed to set reps up for success.
Bootcamp Details
- Location: San Antonio, Texas
- Travel, hotel, and transportation provided
- Daily meals included
- $500/week paid during training
What You’ll Learn
To graduate, reps must complete:
- Real-world roof inspections
- Sales presentations (Roof-in-a-Bag & company presentation)
- Digital analysis and written tests
Post-Bootcamp Growth Plan
After graduation, Roof Squad will continue to support your growth as you start sales at your local branch.
Weeks 3–6 (Paid Training Phase)
- $500/week base support
- Minimum: 3 self-generated leads per week
- Target: 6+ leads per week
Weeks 3–8 Performance Incentive
- Generate 6 leads/week for 6 weeks (36 total)
- Earn a $2,000 bonus
Week 9+
- Transition into full production mode
- Ongoing weekly training with local managers
- Continued skill development and performance coaching
This is not a “figure it out yourself” sales job—this is a guided path to becoming a high-level producer.
