At Roofing Insights, one of our core missions is to help contractors grow. From time to time, contractors ask us to share job & partnership opportunities with our audience. We only pass on the best of the best from trusted operators– and this is one of them.
CMAC Roofing is searching for a proven leader to help build and scale new divisions. This is a perfect fit for experienced sales and operations managers who want to take on a partnership role – combining the energy of a startup with the stability and knowledge of an established firm.
The Opportunity at a Glance
CMAC is offering a business development role with a compensation structure designed to reward growth, execution, and long-term results. This partner will build out sales teams in new markets, acting as a key link between CMAC HQ and startup locations.
Base Compensation
- $150,000 salary
Performance-Based Upside
- 25% of the profit of the division as it grows
As CMAC expands into additional markets and installs local leadership, the profit share adjusts proportionally. For example:
- If a new market requires a local leader earning 5–10%, that amount is deducted from the original 25%, keeping the structure fair and scalable as more divisions are added.
Long-Term Growth
When you reverse-engineer the model at scale, the opportunity becomes very compelling.
A division manager who grows the business to $8 million in revenue could earn well over $500,000 annually, depending on structure and market expansion.
This isn’t a capped role. The compensation grows with the impact you create.
Who This Is For
This opportunity is best suited for someone who:
- Has experience scaling sales teams or roofing divisions
- Understands P&Ls and operational leadership
- Wants ownership-style upside without starting from zero
- Is motivated by building something meaningful, not just hitting a quota
